The Morris County Clerk’s Office computerized land record system. Includes the indexed data of Deeds and Mortgages beginning in 1968 and contains over 4 million images of these documents dating back to 1998. Use Internet Explorer, only.

The Morris County Library has the Daily Record on microfilm from June 1900 to the present. The Daily Record generally posts title transfers and sales amounts on a weekly basis for local Morris County properties. For a complete record of all transactions relating to a specific property, please visit the Morris County Clerk’s Office in person.
